Spring Cleaning with Yoga Part 1

Spring is finally here!  At least it is in my part of the world and for that, I give it a big ole happy dancin’ YAY!! The temps are warmer, the birds are singing, and things are beginning to bloom with the sunshine and spring showers.  It’s lovely!

With spring, though, comes spring cleaning.  We typically only think in terms of our homes, but spring is also a great time to “spring clean” or cleanse our bodies with special diets and supplements.

There is something so amazing about creating special spaces and moments for the everyday things in life. I’ve always been known for making something special out of the ordinary and sometimes mundane and I love it! So, you realize that you always have choices in what feels like limiting, powerless situations.  Rather than rolling over and jumping down the victim rabbit hole, you kicked the victim mentality out the window and moved into a place of empowerment while rolling your sleeves up to get to work on the situation at hand.  In the moment and in your head, it all made you feel better, but now what?
