How Meditation Can Benefit You
Meditation has many health benefits and is a great and natural addition to your yoga practice. As a matter of fact, there are times when my yoga practice turns into a meditation session and sometimes my meditation practice turns into a yoga session. They really do go hand in hand and that is why I have included meditation as part of our 7-Day Home Yoga Jumpstart Program.
Let me go over just a few of the benefits of meditating. They include:

- More happiness and optimism

Pretty amazing, right?! Why are we all not meditating?! I know for a fact that I always feel better after I have meditated and sometimes meditation is the only thing that can help my mind to get quiet and calm my body so that I can relax and connect to my inner-self, my spirit, my essence.
I highly encourage you to start meditating today! It is such a healthy activity that is free! It doesn’t cost you a dime, you don’t have to go anywhere, and it doesn’t take a lot of time either.
