I Feel Fat, Ugly, & Old! Help!

Yeah, we’ve all been there.

Discouragement can feel awful, can’t it? In the moment, it feels like you’re sinking, like life will never be the same, like a big fat loser! Yes, sometimes literally FAT!  Fat, ugly, old, sick, washed up and afraid.  I certainly have been there … maybe you are there now.

I am here to tell you that it doesn’t have to be that way and that those feelings will pass, especially if you take a little bit of action.

Maybe you are not totally feeling that way but still need a bit of encouragement because all that discouragement is lurking.  I am here to tell you that you can nip it in the bud before you fall down that slippery nasty rabbit hole.

In either case, I have a very inspiring message for you!
